Come help us make the Fourth annual P.A.F. be even bigger than past years overwhelming success. The People's Arts festival draws thousands of Metro Detroiters to the Russell Industrial Center to experience Detroit's most exciting and "real" art festival. The time is now for you to get involved. We are expecting over 30,000 people over a two day period that will feature more than 200 visual artists, filmmakers, musicians and other performance artists.
